Growing up and living locally, Kathy is familiar with the surrounding communities, lakefronts, and riverfronts. While working side by side many buyers and sellers, she has also helped military families learn the area to determine where they would like to live while stationed at Fort Drum, as well as helping them rent or sell their homes to move on to another duty station.
Kathy has worked in different fields throughout her adult life, as well as owning her own businesses. She has come to know so many people, creating wonderful friendships and business contacts in areas that will be helpful to her clients. There is truly not much she wouldn't help with.
Working as a real estate paralegal in a local law firm, nearing 15 years, Kathy has knowledge beyond the realtor status. This allows her to help her clients understand the complete process of their sale or purchase.
Kathy loves spending time with family and friends. She loves to travel and considers herself a "RiverRat", growing up on the St. Lawrence River and Lake Ontario, still spending most summer weekends living and working from her boat, in Alexandria Bay, directly across from beautiful Boldt Castle.
